Kick off your weekend with an exclusive launch dinner at a secret location in the Tampa Bay area. From 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, you’ll have the unique opportunity to mingle with special guests Steve Jenkins (Esther the Wonder Pig), John Corry (Producer, Forks Over Knives), Michele Fasnacht (Solid Rock Florida), and Matthew Parkin (former Sea Shepherd), all while enjoying delicious drinks and food. The exact location will be revealed to attendees prior to the event—keeping the excitement alive and the location and details private for registered attendees only! Please note that food and drink orders are optional, separate and individual. There will be time for chatting and photo ops. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to kick off your weekend with a memorable experience!

Spend your Saturday at the Solid Rock Open Air Market, a vibrant community event packed with activities and inspiration for everyone. Explore a diverse array of vendor booths featuring local shops, artisan crafts, and handmade goods. Throughout the day, Shannon Blair will be hosting free food demos and tastings, sharing her expertise on plant-powered living. Hear from keynote speakers Steve Jenkins and Michele Fasnacht during their scheduled talks, and explore a diverse array of vendor booths featuring local shops, artisan crafts, and handmade goods. Bring the kids to enjoy the Kids' Zone, full of fun activities, and be sure to visit the Animal Rescues area to meet some incredible animals and learn about their stories. For those feeling hungry, Solid Rock Eats, Green Table Restaurant, and other food vendors will be there to satisfy your appetite. This is a free event, open to the entire community—no reservations required unless you’re attending private events. Important Note: Only select this option if you are NOT reserving the Exclusive VIP Day but ARE attending other private events. If you’re not participating in any private events, you can simply show up at the Open Air Market without any reservations. Please keep in mind that private events requiring reservations are limited in seating and have a fee.

Private workshops during the OAM Event. Ticket includes breakfast, personal time at market, exclusive workshops with Steve and friends, lunch, an offsite sanctuary field trip and full dinner.
Begin your day with a warm welcome over a quick breakfast, setting the tone for an engaging series of exclusive workshops that will be both educational and entertaining. Enjoy a delicious lunch before taking some free time to explore the main community event. The day culminates in a captivating tour and visit to a sanctuary, where you'll have the opportunity to learn about the residents, all in the inspiring company of Steve and Friends.
As the day winds down, head to Solid Rock Eats for a private dinner with the group. The evening begins with an engaging talk by Dr. Angela Persaud-Reddy, MD, MBA, Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She will share her insights on the profound impact that lifestyle choices can have on your health and well-being.
Following this enlightening discussion, indulge in a relaxed and delicious dinner, prepared by the talented Solid Rock Eats Chef, and enjoy thought-provoking table talk with change-makers Steve Jenkins (Esther the Wonder Pig) and Michele Fasnacht (Solid Rock Florida). John Corry will also join us, potentially gathering insights for Michele’s podcast or the upcoming school documentary.
This one-of-a-kind experience blends fun, education, and meaningful connections, promising memories that will last a lifetime. John Corry, Producer of Forks Over Knives, will be capturing moments throughout the day, so you might find yourself in front of the camera or even being interviewed!

VIP Ultimate Kayak Excursion- Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Fun! Featured Guests: Steve Jenkins, Matthew Parkin When: Sunday, September 22, 2024 Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PMDonation: Varies per Kayak selected. Ticket includes a casual buffet breakfast, *transportation, kayak rental, guide, a day of fun in the sun and adventure, a picnic lunch and lots of mingling and great photo ops.
Kick off your day with a delightful buffet breakfast at Solid Rock Eats Café, where you’ll fuel up for an adventure like no other. Join Steve Jenkins (Esther the Wonder Pig), Matthew Parkin (former Sea Shepherd), and a select group of friends for a day filled with excitement and relaxation.
After breakfast, you’ll be transported to the stunning Boca Ciego, where your adventure begins. Paddle through the serene mangroves on a guided kayaking journey, taking in the natural beauty around you. Continue the fun with invigorating water activities, and then unwind on a secluded private island where you can swim, soak up the sun, and fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
After enjoying your time on the island, we'll gather for a relaxing picnic lunch, savoring delicious food in the company of like-minded individuals. This Exclusive Excursion is the perfect way to cap off your weekend, and an unforgettable experience! Donation: $200, I am bringing my own kayak and will meet you for breakfast and follow with my own vehicle. Both meals included. Donation: $300, single tandem. FEW SPOTS AVAILABLE. Donation: $400, double tandem including tickets for two. VERY LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE. Donation: $400, double tandem with designated paddler. RESTRICTED AVAILABILITY. This option is ideal for those who may need some assistance with paddling but can still participate.

For our out-of-town guests who traveled here for the event, or others, that are unable to join the kayaking excursion, we’re offering you a chance to join in on the buffet breakfast before the kayaking group leaves for their day of adventure. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal with Steve Jenkins and friends before you head back home.
